I cannot express how happy I am with the excellent, professional service Jacob provided for my plumbing issue. He was committed to finding the source of my problem and did all he could to address it and fix it. I'm still hesitant to say the problem was solved, and time will tell, but he did do everything within his power to take care of it. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Mr. Rooter again should the need arise.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing offered us a wonderful service. The appointment scheduling, the reminders, and everything related to customer service were outstanding! They fixed our dishwasher in a couple of minutes. The plumber did a wonderful job fixing our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution. It's the first time I've needed a plumber in Windsor, and if I ever need it again, I won't hesitate calling Mr. Rooter. Great work, good price, and awesome customer service!!

Mr. Rooter was quick to investigate and repair leaks. My technician was great at explaining everything from the initial problem to the repair needed. The customer service was wonderful and the texts I received prior to my technician arriving were great, especially the picture of the person completing the repair. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely be calling them for any future issues.
